We believe in downtown.

The Willmar Main Street program was re-established in 2018 and exists to promote downtown Willmar as the foundation of our community. It’s an initiative led by the City of Willmar and is powered by passionate volunteers that just as strongly believe in highlighting all of good things happening downtown.

The Main Street Program stems from a nation wide initiative by Main Street America to help communities all across the country. This allows us to tap into more ideas, funding and opportunities to make an even bigger impact locally.
